What does a private trade & travel day look like?
Vietnam is UTC+7, so London opens mid-afternoon and New York in the evening. Your morning and early afternoon are free for the trip, and you are at a tested desk by the time the sessions you trade begin.

Can I book a private trip on my own dates?
Yes. Private trips run on any dates for 1 to 8 people. Send a brief and you get a day-by-day plan with hotels and a price within 48 hours. Allow three weeks or more before arrival, longer around Tet.
How much does a private trip cost?
It depends on hotel level, length and how much private transport you want. You see the full price per person in your written proposal before you pay anything, and you only pay a deposit once you accept the plan. For a sense of scale, our signature routes start from $999 per person for a week, two sharing a room.
Can I trade during a private trip?
Yes. We plan your days around the sessions you trade, so activities sit in the morning and early afternoon and you are back at a tested desk for London and New York. I want a real holiday with no trading. Is that still for me?
Yes. Screens-off trips skip the trading room and use the full day for travel. You still get stays with fast, reliable internet for the moment you need to check a position or a payout. If you need a push to switch off, read how to take a break from trading.

Yes. Many private trips are a trader plus a partner or family. We plan their afternoons and evenings while you are in a session, so nobody waits around for the market.

Deposit, payment & cancellation
- Free to ask. A plan and price cost nothing and commit you to nothing.
- 30% deposit holds your dates, paid only after you approve a written itinerary and price.
- The rest is paid when you arrive in Vietnam.
- Free cancellation up to 45 days before you travel, with your full deposit back. Inside 45 days the deposit covers hotels and transport already booked, so it isn't refunded.
- How to pay: international bank transfer to the company account of 365Aplus Travel. Payment details only come in your written confirmation, and we never ask for card numbers by chat or email.
- Travel insurance with medical cover is required.
