Questions hosts ask.
Do I have to teach or give signals on the trip?
No. You host: you're the reason your followers come and you lead the group on the ground. Running a session or a journal review is up to you. Nobody sells signals on a Green Candle Journeys trip.
How big does my community need to be?
What matters is engagement, not follower count. A trip needs 6 to 12 travellers, so a community where a few hundred people regularly read or watch what you post is usually enough.
Who handles bookings and payments?
We do. Your followers book through your own trip page or code, we take deposits, confirm rooms and run everything in Vietnam. You see bookings as they come in.
Can I choose the dates and destination?
Yes. Most hosts start from our Trade & Travel Week in Da Nang and Hoi An, but we can build around Da Lat, Phu Quoc, Ha Long Bay or a mix, on dates that suit your audience.
How far ahead should a trip be planned?
Around 10 to 16 weeks gives your community time to book flights and leave. We need about 8 weeks minimum to secure tested rooms and the trading space.
